DAY TRIPS
We rarely schedule day trips in advance because of the unpredictability of snow conditions. Most day trips are organized on short notice as snow conditions permit through the e-mail listserv “New Jersey Nordic Skiers and Snowshoers” on groups.io. These day trips are initiated by individual members of that group. They are not approved or sponsored by the New Jersey Nordic Ski Club, and all liability rests with the individuals involved. SKI AND SNOWSHOE CLINICS
Club member Dan McAuliffe will be co-leading cross-country ski and snowshoe clinics on Sunday, January 18 and Saturday, February 21 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Washington Crossing State Park in Titusville NJ. The clinic will begin with a 1-1/2 hour class indoors followed by a one-hour ski (snow conditions permitting) or hike.
